Pasta is fun to make. It is simple, and much easier then making bread.
Al the ingredients you need are:
Flour - 1 Cup
and
Eggs - 2 Large
Stuff you need:
Measuring Cups
Pasta Machine*
Pasta Spoon
Bowl
Wooden Spoon
Large Pot of Boiling Water
Wax Paper
1. Measure Flour in bowl
2. Crack two eggs in separate bowl
3. Pour eggs in the well
(Make sure there are no eggshells)
4. Pour eggs in flour and gradually mix
5. Stir and then knead until well mixed (Add flour if too sticky)
6. Divide the dough into 3 small balls, about the size of a golf ball
7. Flatten into disk shape and Put in Pasta Machine* (Pasta Roller)
(Set rollers at widest setting)
8. Fold dough and put thought 3 more times on that setting
9. Continue to put dough through each setting until narrowest setting
(Only one time for each setting. Dust with flour to prevent sticking)
10. Pile on Wax Paper until ready to cook
11. Place pasta into pot of boiling water
(Fresh pasta will float to the top when it's ready)
*I use a Pasta Roller instead of a Pasta Machine. If you use one, like me, forget steps 8 and 9.
